General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.kainaly.com (hereinafter "the Site").

By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

1. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. Kainaly takes the utmost care in presenting and describing the products to provide the customer with all necessary information before purchase.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

2. Price

The prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).

Delivery costs, if any, are indicated before order confirmation.

Kainaly reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. Order

To place an order, the customer must:

1. Add the desired products to their cart.
2. Validate the contents of their cart.
3. Fill in the necessary delivery and payment information.
4. Accept these GTC.
5. Proceed with secure payment via the solutions offered on the Site.

The customer will receive a confirmation email once the order is validated.

4. Payment

Payment for orders is made online using the following secure methods: credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the Site.

Transactions are secured using the SSL encryption system, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the customer's banking data.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated during the order.

Kainaly cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to events beyond its control (force majeure, strike, etc.).

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by e-mail to kainaly@outlook.com.

• Return of products: Products must be returned in their original condition and at the customer's expense, unless a defect is proven.
• Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products.

7. Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In case of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact customer service at kainaly@outlook.com.

8. Intellectual Property

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact customer service for an amicable resolution. Failing this, the dispute may be brought before the competent French courts.
