At Kainaly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

✅ Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any unopened and unused product to us.

📋 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

• ✅ Unopened and unused (for hygiene reasons)
• ✅ In its original undamaged packaging
• ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)

Exceptions: Personalized boxes and promotional items cannot be returned.

🔄 Return Procedure

Step 1: Contact us at kainaly@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will send you a return label by email within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Send the package back with the provided label.

Step 4: Upon receipt, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

💰 Return Shipping Costs

• Metropolitan France: FREE return
• Europe and International: Return shipping costs at the customer's expense

💳 Refund

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the initial purchase within 7 to 10 business days after receipt of the return.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
